WHY HOLIDAY NANNY?
Holiday Nanny was launched after Marie realised that when Landlords go away they never really get a break, she was in Iceland to celebrate an important birthday when the phone started to ring. A tenant of an HMO was locked out having lost her keys the signal was bad and the day became spoiled by having to make phone calls back and forth trying to get the tenant back in her house.
We get people to look after our own homes, our plants and our pets whilst we are away .. so why not have someone to look after our tenants and properties?
WHAT IS THIS TEMPORARY MANAGEMENT SERVICE?
A brand new and unique service where we take calls for you whilst you are not around so that you can switch off and relax knowing your property is being looked after (remotely) by property professionals.
- Initial phone assessment with tenants by trained staff
- Any issues referred to your contractors
- Lock-outs/boilers problems/power failure etc
HOW IT WORKS
You tell us when you are going away and give your tenants the Landlord Nanny call-out number. You give us your chosen contractor contact details and emergency key access information (for lockouts) then you can go away on holiday and switch your phone off! Simple.
