WHO WE ARE @ LANDLORD NANNY

Marie has been ‘in property’ for most of her life having started out in Social Housing and worked as Accommodation Manager at the University of Wolverhampton. 

Eventually she created her own letting agency, offering quality student accommodation near the halls of residence.  The houses were always full and the education she had gained at The University helped her to reach that goal. After selling ‘Housemates’ to a local Letting Agent she then embarked on training investors to run HMOs via HMO SUCCESS, a training academy, passing on her knowledge and experience to others. 

Fast forward to 2024 she is still training landlords whilst running her own investment properties and again managing HMOs for other investors.  She is also a consultant to two new local Letting Agents. 

Her book HMO SUCCESS (REVISITED) is published on Amazon and is currently being revised and a new edition published shortly
